About Erin Dooley

Erin Dooley was born in Manhattan and was raised in New York City and New Jersey.  She graduated from New York University (NYU) and Hunter City College studying Anthropology.  She has a background in fine art, art history and film studies and has continued education at Plymouth College of Art and Design, Cardiff Metropolotian University, and Cardiff University.  Her main interest is the cultural context of photography and sustainability.  She currently lives in Leicestershire, is a member of 2Queens Art Collective in Leicester, and works at University of Bristol as a Lecturer in Human Computer Interaction and Industrial Design.

Erin works on commission and is available for graphic design and cross-platform coding.  She has also taught Art and Design through A level with a specialism in workshops for young adults with sensory differences.

 

She has exhibited in New York, New Jersey, Wales, London OXO South Bank, Singapore, Bristol/ Cheltenham England and Berlin and has won photography awards from the BBC and Cardiff University.
